You must share a recipe or two when you return.

Praying for you... especially that the Spirit will guide you in choosing how to spend each moment. The Engineer spent our first three days in Rome with me flustered with the same feelings you shared - feeling like I better make the most of every second - and we had a HUGE fight our last morning in Rome. We were so tired our eyes were bloodshot and my face was broken out from stress and lack of sleep - totally self induced - for fear we wouldn't make the most of every second. You are a wise woman. Enjoy this trip you are taking now. Praying for you!Wanting What I Havehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05711989381690050970noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1208374754600710615.post-22456201072974781832012-05-24T20:51:18.320+02:002012-05-24T20:51:18.320+02:00Did you visit any of the churches in Florence? For an ah-ha history moment, Santa Croce is also incredible - Galileo, Michaelango, Dante, and Machievelli all in one church.Valhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01285185619015613888noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1208374754600710615.post-79861924053624880212012-05-24T19:58:51.845+02:002012-05-24T19:58:51.845+02:00So good to hear from you! Somedays, even a trip to the nearest Safeway with two littles is too much for me. So cut yourself some slack, enjoy the peace and quiet, and have an extra gelato! (How have you not mentioned gelato even once in your posts yet? That's all I did: Today I ate some gelato! and yesterday, I ate some gelato! =) Love you all! Can't wait to see pictures of your watchtower and my favorite- Florence!Laurelnoreply@blogger.com
