Another First Day

 Ahh, my babies. Growing. Still.

Today was the first day of school, full-day ... all of them. Peter 6th (gulp!), Lucette 4th, and Little Jane 1st.
 
 I already miss our summer days together. But my heart is so happy for all that is before them.
Growing up is hard ... for all ... but it truly is a good thing.

 And mamas will always be mamas.

 And Pops will always be Pops.

We're a 'special' family. And I love it.

    ha! Love your son's silly expression in the last photo :). So Mama, what's in store for you while the kids are all at school? Extra sleep, I hope :).

    Sigh, no extra sleep ... still gotta get up and get kids and breakfast and lunches and out the door by 7:15. However, there is some possible photography classes in my future!

    Lucette is flowering into such a beautiful young lady.

    I take comfort in knowing I'm not the only one trying to get everyone out the door by 7:15!

    I was hoping this post would be there today when I decided to peek in on your blog! I love your first day of school posts. I hope to see you Saturday, but Dan has to work till 4. Not sure we'll make it in time for a party :(
