I've never thought to make a large pie on a cookie sheet, but I'm using this great idea for an apple pie this Fall. Glad you shared!

I do that a lot too! whilst the cake was baking in the oven, whilst turning over a sponge cake, whilst rolling out the dough... Pray and cross every finger you have! :)
