A Celebration of Color

Normally, I would never think to pair dusty turquoise, rust and concrete gray, pumpkin orange, and a dash of foliage green. But in fall, all colors seem to get a free pass to mix and match at will. The rules get bent and the sight is all the more glorious for it.

Another reason to have an affinity for fall.

  2. lovely! this is why I love patchwork SO MUCH - laying any colors next to each other and then sewing together the ones I love. No rules, just what I like.

  3. Oh, I so agree. Autumn brings with it an amazing display of unpredictable color combinations than somehow just work!

  4. I am so there with you! Beautiful, unpredictable combinations. Fall isn't just for burgundy and tan anymore (circa 1980's). Where was this photo taken, Anna?
